For decades the trust is running free food service in the form of langar sewa for devotes at Jammu Katra, for everyone, regardless of caste or religion as a gesture of sewa. The trust also works in partnership with various corporate, government and non-governmental organizations to provide food and healthcare services to disadvantaged communities. The trust has been involved in several campaigns and initiatives to spread awareness about the importance of health and nutrition.
